Lowongan Kerja KAJA Group

Lokasi: Bali

membutuhkan karyawan untuk posisi berikut ini:

Site Manager 

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience as Site Manager or similar position specialized in Construction/Structural Industry
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Knowledge about the specification and quality of building materials and can read technical drawings
• Skill of using Ms Office (Outlook, Ms. Work, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point), S Curve & AutoCad
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with colleagues, clients and workers well, including coordinating with local residents on each project
• Willing to be placed in the office or field

Job Details:

• Assist Project Director in project implementation in the field
• Help Project Director coordinate with clients in the field
• Prepare, control and complete the project according to the specifications and schedule that have been determined properly
• Carry out field coordination so that the project is carried out with good quality, cost-effective and in accordance to standard procedures.
• Organize, direct and give instructions to the construction team in the field to achieve the target
• Create methods of implementing duties
• Control budget for each project
• Make a daily, weekly and monthly project reports
