Synergy Engineering has been an active player in the Indonesia energy sector since 2007, offering complete engineering lifecycle requirements of a project. We provide comprehensive technical services primarily to the Energy sector including Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Solar, and general industry. Our clientele encompasses major Field Operators, Plant Owners, EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) contractors, and global engineering design consultancies.
Synergy Indonesia has three offices located in Jakarta, Balikpapan, and Pekan Baru supporting our clients. We have an office with 350 personnel with facilities to support up to 70 clients and partners personnel, and a comfortable environment, with close access to major client offices and airports.

membutuhkan karyawan untuk posisi berikut ini:
Drafter
Syarat/Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Technical High School
- Familiar with drafting tools, e.g. AutoCAD, Microstation, P&ID
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Open for all disciplines in Engineering
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnel
- Personal motivation and self-learning ability
- Ability to cope positively and productively within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules
- Able to work on own initiative and within a team
